Client Testimonials:

From Brett Randall

As European riders we always worry until we get there and see our bikes and the folks we are renting from. Blue Sky was everything you said it would be. The people were friendly and the bikes in great shape. We had a wonderful American trip and hope to get back soon.

Dear Blue Sky

When my son told me about his wedding plans all he asked for was a Harley to ride to the church. You took special care of him and me. He was the hit of the day.

Thanks for all your help,

the groom and his dad!

Jeff, (San Diego)

Just wanted to say thanks for the terrific Blue Harley Road King I rented a few weeks ago from Las Vegas. That's an awesome bike. We rode the heck out of it. Did La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, the Mountains, some weird apple pie town named Julian, Mt Soledad, the Coronado Bridge, just to name a few. It was the perfect weekend to ride and I was sad when I had to bring it back. But I thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated your professional staff and handling of the entire rental. I'll be back... I've included a picture of my ride...

Francis

Hey Blue Sky

Just wanted to thank you once again for making our trip a great one. The Goldwing was flawless (if a little large for us short people) and your help with the route and getting us back to the airport goes above and beyond (as usual). Thanks again.

PS We never did get a picture with the bike. If you get a chance send a picture of just the bike (or with a couple swimsuit models) :)

Our best to you and your family. If you get up this way let me know. Chicago's not that far away, and if you're in the Detroit area I'm sure I could scrounge up a bike for you.

Dear Caren and Lance (Tucson)

Again a big thank you for making a very enjoyable break for me on my recent business trip out to Salt Lake City. I only had a small 5 hour window of free time and you made it most enjoyable. Your service was gracious, quick and allowed me to maximize my time and experience. I would highly recommend anyone who loves to ride to make sure they work through you folks for an experience that will exceed all of their expectations. I really enjoyed the Harley experience and will never forget the beautiful country I experienced out there.

Thanks again and here are a couple of photos from the trip, you made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. Continued success to you!

Johnny (Newport Beach),

I would like to thank you on behalf of the team, Herman, Luc, Fiorenzo and myself from Vision Solutions for the great Harley Davidson tour last Sunday. We all had a day we will remember for a long time. From Cooks Corner to Hell's Kitchen and the canyon ride, to wine country and the fantastic views from the hills overlooking the Pacific. We covered 200 miles with big smiles on our faces. There is no way that we could have got so much out of the day without a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced guide like yourself leading the way. I strongly recommend you to anyone considering hiring Harleys.

Hi Caren and Lance (Tucson)

Kim and I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our rental of the Goldwing on our recent trip to Tucson. The bike was in very good shape and handled far better than I expected. We really appreciated the way you worked with us when our plans had to change a little after we had problems with our baggage at American Airlines. The time you took to walk us through the different features of the bike was also greatly appreciated and helped us get up to speed quickly. We would definitely rent one of your bikes again when we return to the Tucson area and I would recommend you to any friends who visit the area.

Thanks again

Don and Kim Driskell

P.S. The last picture shows you what we had waiting for us when we returned to New England

Received by Tucson,

Just got back from doing a big project in Tucson and had an extra day to tool around the region and explore.

The weather for the entire week was sunny and high 60's, a real treat from the dreary NW this time of year. Great places to explore on motorcycles: the Saguaro National Park, Gates Pass, I19 to San Xavier Mission, and Tucson to Sonoita to Tombstone (site of the OK Corral shootout with Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday...a cowboy tourist town) to Bisbee right near the Mexican border. Bisbee is the real McCoy mining village with tight winding streets down in the canyon....very cool place. We also visited Nogales Mexico, which you get to by parking on the U.S. side and easily walking across the border through US Customs (that is if you are a US citizen...bring your ID). Several hundred miles of desert, saguaro cactus, roadrunners, and abundant sunshine is real good for a Northwesterner's soul.

A great place to rent all types of bikes is Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals. Our group rented a Honda Goldwing and a Harley Electra Glide Classic in excellent mechanical condition (a few very minor cosmetic scratches, but their rates were much better than the Harley dealer across the street). They also offered a variety of insurance packages. They had Harleys, Hondas, etc. Our bikes performed flawlessly. See you all on the road...I'm the biker with the tan!

Happy Holidays all.

Hi ,

We made it back home and back to work :( today. Sorry we didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you yesterday. We positively had a spectacular time and I wanted to thank you for all your help. You went beyond what we expected and we really appreciated it. Karlo said that was the best birthday of his life! As he put it, "Old age has its advantages."

Now I think I created a monster. Karlo has had his nose in motorcycle magazines non-stop since we left for AZ. All he's talking about now is "next time we go...." Hmmm, maybe when I turn 40....we'll see!

Thanks again for everything - especially for hooking us up with 4 straight days of perfect weather. That was a nice touch!

Sincerely,

Paula Apro (& Karlo too)

Dear Sir (Phoenix Airport),

It was a pleasant surprise to find your 'picture card' in the mail today and we thank you for your kind words.

Looking at the gray Belgian clouds and shivering in the Winter chill, we're really counting the days that separate us from our next visit to Arizona (next February, YESSSSSS !).

In the meantime we try and warm our old bones while looking at our warm pictures from last Fall. Amongst them the one I'm sending you herewith which my micro digital Canon took from THE BIKE and its pilot before the famous littlest school in Strawberry, AZ.

See you next February and accept our warmest Seasons Greetings

I have to tell you that my rental from Scottsdale was an extremely pleasant experience. As I was walking off the plane the phone rang and Gaylen indicated he was down at door 4 south to pick me up. I got there in 2 minutes and he whisked me away to the HD Heritage Classic which was well cleaned, serviced and waiting for me. I loaded up the saddle bags and was allowed to leave my duffle in the shop while on my 4 day ride. The bike performed flawlessly for the 1230 miles I put on it in those 3.5 days. This bike is the closest thing to my Roadstar that I have ridden. Easy to ride for extended periods (500 miles one day). But the most impressive thing was the service provided by Blue Sky. I will be back. They got me to the airport is plenty of time and made the whole experience simple and quick.

Thanks to you and to them,

Planning to travel from Australia to Phoenix to see relatives, I was keen to see some of the scenery Arizona had to offer. After a Google search of websites I was impressed by the information and approach of Blue Sky.

Late one afternoon (Phoenix time) I rang your Phoenix office from Australia to ask about types of rental bikes and rates. In the first instance I dealt with Gaylen who could not have been more helpful and answered all my questions and took my booking.

The telephone follow up in Phoenix was professional and friendly and when I arrived at the shop to collect my bike it was ready for me to ride away! My Harley Road King was brand new and beautifully prepared. Nothing was overlooked.

You gave me some useful touring advice and was genuinely interested in my plans. I have ridden bikes throughout Australia and New Zealand and southern Arizona compares favorably.

I can recommend Blue Sky Phoenix to anyone thinking about a riding experience in the Phoenix area. They won't regret it!!

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you what wonderful experience we had renting a bike from Neil at Key Largo. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional but at the same time very welcoming. He couldn't have been any more accommodating. Gaylen's a great guy too. When ever we visit a Blue Sky state that's where we will be renting from.

Hello (Phoenix),

My wife just informed me about your latest e-mail.

I have to admit that I am more than impressed by the serious, professional and courteous way you're treating your customers.

It seems now a pity that I have lost so much time (and really almost my life last Spring) while dealing with the "not-so-professional" successors of XXXXX XXX XXXXX, the latter being a man with whom for many years I had a most pleasant relationship, also based on mutual trust and loyalty (to use some expensive terminology....).

I thank you in advance for your trust in me which I certainly won't shame.

It's now with even more pleasure that I'll be counting the days until I'll be able once again to travel to (and throughout) your beloved Arizona.

Looking forward to your further news regarding the new bikes, I remain,

With kind regards,

I just wanted to say thanks to you and your staff for your assistance building up to our bike rental, and for the friendly service on the day of our rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed the recommended route through Pine Creek and had a great day. We found the transition from our 125cc motorcycles (legal limit of 150cc in Bermuda) to the much larger Harleys to be easy and we felt completely at ease on the bikes. We are already talking about when we will be able to do a longer ride. You can be assured that when we make plans, we will be contacting Blue Sky Motorcycles to arrange the rentals.

If you are interested, I've posted some photos from our one-day ride on my web-site, together with a link to Blue Sky. http://morefish.homestead.com/Harley.html

Thanks again to you and your staff.

Hey Guys,

Sorry it has taken so long to respond. After my Awesome Arizona Adventure, I have been stuck in corporate reality! I just wanted to say THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had such a great time out there on that big 'Ole Fatboy that I have been looking at them ever since. When I took my trip to Port Aransas in May, I never thought that one I made the phone call the day before, I would be on a bike in the desert the next morning! With almost no notice, Gaylen hooked me up. They even picked me up at my hotel and dropped me off. You turned what would have been a life long regret into a lifetime memory. I keep the picture as my screen saver at home. I will have to forward you a pic! On top of them dropping everything to take care of me, they were moving to a new location that very same day and...I lost my key! (SORRY GUYS!) Hopefully, I will be out there again soon and I will call with plenty of notice. You both made my rental experience extremely pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Thanks again...for EVERYTHING!

Hi Dear,

Thank-you for your card which I received the other day. I can't tell you how happy I was when I picked the bike up from your shop and finally drove out. As you know I had previously been serving in Iraq for five months with the British Army and I spent a lot of that time thinking about driving one of your bikes up to the Grand Canyon. When the big day arrived it really was fantastic. Your web site was certainly the best, hence the reason I chose Blue Sky, and you really made the whole hiring process very simple. As you know I took the Fatboy up to the Grand Canyon where I asked Becky to marry me! It was two of the most memorable days of my life. Thank-you very much for making the whole thing so enjoyable. I hope we can come over for an anniversary and take another bike up to the GC.

Wedding plans are now the focus, we plan to get married in September next year, down in Weymouth, a nice little town on the South coast of England. Hopefully the Army doesn't send me away anywhere during that time! I have attached a photo of me at work in Iraq as you requested. The other is one I took of the Fatboy, I use it as a rather cool screen saver!

Thanks once again, good luck with the business.

Hey,

My Dad, brother and myself rented three Harleys from your Las Vegas location last Friday. I have to say the experience will go down as one of my best memories ever. We rode about 200 miles up to and around Kyle Canyon, over to Hoover Dam and back. The bikes were AWESOME, the service was top-notch and true to your word, the rental fee was $133.50 for the day with everything included.

You run a top-notch business. Keep it up and THANK YOU so much for a day we'll all never forget.

I hope your new venture goes well for you and you family and you will see us again.

Hello (Tucson),

Many thanks to you for the excellent rental experience we had with you recently during our stay in Tucson. The Gold Wing was the perfect companion as we enjoyed our Tucson surroundings. Thank you for your flexibility in picking us up at the airport.

I hope you enjoyed viewing the B&B where were staying, La Zarzuela. Norma and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Should your clients (or your family) have an interest in arranging a stay, I'm passing along a link to La Zarzuela's web site: http://www.zarzuela-az.com I'm sure Cliff or Lew would be happy to answer any questions you might have, or send over brochures if you would find that helpful.

Thanks again for a great experience! I wish you and Lance continued success with your business.

Thought I would drop you a line just to say thanks so much for the incredible service you guys provided on my recent trip to Phoenix last week. I'm sure you'll have no problem recalling John (from California) & myself. I was the one who had brought my highway pegs all the way from Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada) just to find out that after you had installed one of the pegs the other one was missing the hinge pin which must have fallen out on the trip out there. You were very quick to accommodate me as you found a replacement pin for me in your shop. That really blew me away although I really shouldn't have been surprised as both John & I had commented how accommodating you had been in helping us reserve our bikes for our three day trip. I have rented Harleys before throughout the U.S. & was used to the standard treatment but you guys really provide an "extra value" package to the customer, firstly by leaving me with a very "good feel" on the initial phone call to inquire about renting & secondly by your complete willingness to please me. It was just a great experience from start to finish dealing with you folks. John & I have both mentioned it several times. It was great meeting you both & look forward to the next time.

Take care,

Marty

Blue Sky,

After realizing I was going to be in the Phoenix area for a conference I decided to rent a motorcycle for a day and scoured the web looking for a rental. After perusing the Blue Sky website I called Bluesky Phoenix. they were courteous and friendly right off the bat, putting me at ease, which was important since I had never rented a motorcycle before. After explaining my situation and that time was tight due to business, They drop off and pick up the bike where I was staying (Scottsdale) which was 15-20 minutes from their shop! He even provided a full face helmet for me since it was early February and it gets cold in the mountains.

When the day came, Justin was right on time with his gleaming truck and trailer. The V-Rod I chose was an '08, in immaculate condition, and ran flawlessly over the 400+ miles I put on. Being somewhat skeptical by nature, I was impressed by the first class operation he runs. After taking about 10 minutes to do the necessary paperwork, I was on my way. Since I only had a 24 hour period to ride and had never been to Arizona before, He gave me some suggestions as to routes. I took his advice and had a wonderful ride around the mountains east of Phoenix. The Roosevelt Lake area was especially stunning, and the roads gorgeous.

I believe in giving credit where it's due, you really came through for me all the way during my rental. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend you.

Bluesky Tucson,

My previous rental experience (at other rental shops) always ended in disappointment. How many times have we been talked down to as though we didn't know how to ride, rented machines that would not start or run, been charged for extras?

This will not happen at Blue Sky unless its self inflicted. Gaylen treated us like we'd known them forever, are honest and knowledgeable business people who go out of their way to make you happy. They have excellent equipment and super rates which include everything we needed. We will be repeat customers and encourage you to try them, you'll be happy too!

The weather was cold and wet, and we had a GREAT TIME! Thank you so much for the way you treated us and took care of us. We felt more like family than customers. Have already shown your card around and we look forward to our next experience with you this late spring or summer. Thanks again for going the extra for us.

I want to write and tell you how impressed I was with your company. My wife and I rented our motorcycle from your Tucson office. We needed to escape from the cold of Minnesota and my best friend suggested that we come down to Phoenix and rent bikes. He and I searched and found your site and choose your Tucson office. This was the best decision I have ever made. First we need to pick the bikes up early on a Sunday. No problem. They said they would meet us early. We arrived at 9:00 AM to find them there and the bikes ready to go. As Mike and I prepared to ride we realized that Mike had locked his keys in his car. Long story short... They helped us and even smoothed things over with our wives. I could go on and on but I will make it short. I travel a lot and meet people all the time. They made my day and my trip. If they treat every customer the way they treated myself, my wife and my best friends than they will have the best rental business in Arizona. You should be proud to have them as part of your organization. Please feel free to contact me for the full story.

Thank you

Bluesky Phoenix,

I had to take out this time to let you know that we really appreciated all the time and energy you took to see that our ride was all that it could be. The weather did not cooperate as much as we would have hoped however, we were not disappointed at all.

Your help was invaluable and the service is outstanding. Any and everyone will know, if they are headed to Arizona that, they'll have to rent bikes from Blue Sky Scottsdale to make their trip complete.

Thanks again guys, Blessings,

Good morning (Tucson),

We just wanted to say thank you very much for the great time and wonderful Southwestern hospitality Blue Sky showed us during our recent visit to Tucson. It's obvious that you both enjoy and take great pride in your business! I will have no problems recommending you to friends and other contacts I deal with in my type of business.

The only comment I would make for any "novices" in biking is that Sportsters definitely are not for passengers on a long trip! We should have taken more of the Fatboy style bikes! Still had a great time and would definitely like to do it again (maybe in a little warmer weather too!).

We forgot to give you back the chamois for the helmets! I will be sending this down to you today. Again, thanks for a great ride!

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi ( Phoenix)

I want to tell you again how much I enjoyed the bike ride! One more time, thank you for your graciousness and generosity. It was great to be on two wheels again, the twisties were excellent, and I can now say I've ridden a Harley! But I must also tell you that as I think about that Monday, the part I'd rate highest was the opportunity to meet and enjoy the company of a brother. It was a blessing to this pastor. I know the lunch made you pressed for time, and I hope your wife wasn't too upset, but I'm sure glad we had the opportunity to visit and get to know one another. Isn't it amazing how two people who have never met can connect so quickly and easily because we're brothers in Christ?

I'm going to continue to pray for your business, for you and for your family. And if you're EVER in Grand Rapids I'd love the opportunity to return the hospitality!!

To: Street Eagle @ - Las Vegas

This is definitely the ride we will NEVER forget !!!

To make a long story short... My friend Jim and I had just flown in from Detroit for a long weekend and decided to grab a couple bikes Thursday 12/11/03. We figured this was the real way to make money in Vegas by keeping out of the casinos for a few hours. It was about 11am, sunny and pushing 60 degrees... and even the bartender at the Mirage said sunny and 70 all afternoon... perfect for a short cruise through Red Rock Canyon. You had us hooked up on our Softails in no time and we were off !

So anyway, the minute we pulled out the temperature dropped a good 15 degrees and the clouds were coming in fast... but so what... right?? We were having a great time on two beautiful Harleys. So we got close to Red Rock and noticed a few sprinkles coming down... oh well... it's not pouring... yet anyway. We're in the canyon a few miles and I think I'm seeing things... little white things... Nope... it's SNOW !! Two more miles in at "Icebox Canyon"... it's a damn blizzard!!! OK... gotta' get back... but can't see through my goggles covered in snow... now it's sleeting and feels like little razor blades pelting your face... we basically idled out of Red Rock and are getting close to town... it's only pouring now, and a balmy 40 degrees out. When we finally returned, we looked like two half frozen drowned rats that fell asleep in a tanning booth... I rung out my gloves, peeled off my leather, shirt, and t-shirt, all soaked to the skin... WOW!! What a ride!!!

Jenna cranked up the heat and thawed us out... and also hooked me up with a great long sleeve biker shirt!

So now we're hooked! We'll be back in April and definitely riding again...

Thanks again for the great no hassle service and experience!!

Lieber Viktor, geschätzter Herr Anliker ( Street Eagle Las Vegas)

Hi ( Tucson),

We just rented a bike from you on Oct 13th to the 14th and I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated everything that you guys did. You were so friendly and accommodating, right from our telephone call to letting us leave our car there to our drop off of the bike. Thanks for making our 25th anniversary trip even more memorable. We will always keep you guys in mind if we get down there again and of course spread the word to others who might venture into your area. Thanks again!

I would like to thank folks at Tucson store for the exemplary service which they provided in setting up our recent rentals in the Tucson area. I was so impressed with their service I made sure I provided the concierge at our hotel with several copies of their business card to make sure that future rentals were sent their way.

The bikes which we rented were in the top shape, clean, tuned and ready to roll upon our arrival. We were out on the road within fifteen minutes.

I had dealings with the local Harley-Davidson dealership with regard to rentals and I found their service and demeanor to pale in comparison with that of Blue Sky of Tucson.

Keep up the good work. You have my loyalty.

Sincerely,

Hi (Bluesky Tucson),

Got into your testimonial web-page, but couldn't add one, so have sent it to you.

Thanks for the quality service guys, the Electra Glide and Fat Boy never faltered in the 2000 miles we put on them, we got quite attached to them over the 10 days and were sad to leave. Really appreciated the personal touch, like the lifts to the airport and all the friendly emails leading up to our rental from you, it was like dealing with friends rather than a business.

Plan to use your services again.

Cheers,

Bill Wallace and Frank Byrne

New Zealand

Also guys,

We would seriously consider doing a deal with you on the Fat Boy and a 1200 Sportster at your 15,000 Km trade off time. You container them to New Zealand, ride them here for your tour of New Zealand, we host you in Nelson and Golden Bay, and pay you for them when you leave (deposit up front to cover your freighting if you're nervous about trusting us)

Hi Bluesky

Eventually getting around to sending this email of thanks.

To any WANT-A-BE riders or renters:

Just to let you know that I rented an Electra Glide Classic from Scottsdale and headed south to Tombstone & Bisbee (super country for enjoying this big tourer). It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Blue Sky was the only company to offer full insurance ($1,000 deductible on the bike). Their service was excellent, fast & efficient. Gaylen walked through all the terms & conditions (something you never get when renting a car or anything else). He also went over the details of the bike (where the kick start was). Did you know they now have kick start buttons!!!! On a more serious note make sure you know how to turn off the alarm, test it out a few times before you leave, it will save you some time & some strange looks!! I clocked up 300 miles with not a pain nor ache first time on a bike in 18 months speaks to the comfort of the Electra Glide. I would definitely use Blue Sky again.

Hi,

We can not express to you how much we appreciate your kindness and friendship. After renting the chopper from you for AZ Bike Week we knew that if we did not buy one before Sturgis that we were coming back to you.

Everything that we discussed prior to renting is exactly what you delivered and delivered you did, everyone that I talked with could not believe that you guys would actually drop off and pick the bike up, and the only thing I needed to do was be home at the time discussed. So again we Thank You very much for everything and the next time we or anyone else that we know needs a bike you are the first ones we will call.

WOW! You need to have that party up here in Massachusetts! If I could, I would be there in a heartbeat.

Riding a Harley with my father has been a childhood dream so I want to sincerely thank you for making that dream a reality. It is nice when it does not take a lot of words to know the moment could not get much better. With the service that you provided me, there is no doubt you will have a successful business in Key Largo.

Stay well and do a shot of Sauza Tres Generaciones Tequila for me! Keep in touch.

Bluesky Tucson,

Just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed the Fatboy while in Salt Lake City. It was an awesome ride and a great experience. A sweet ride. Thanks for bringing out another helmet for my wife. You really went the extra mile for us and it was appreciated. My wife is already after me to make another trip to Utah and really wants to go back to Bryce Canyon. We hope things are going well for you. Take care and ride safe.

I'm from Columbus, Ohio. Some coworkers and I flew to Tucson the 1st of May to do a lot of drinking when Jim said let's rent some Harleys. I called all over Tucson, but no one could help (except some xxxxxxx at Harley of Tucson). By a stroke of good luck, I came across your number. I called, and the next morning there were three brand new scoots in the parking lot. We rode all day and had a blast. I promise you this, next year when we're in Tucson, our first phone call is to YOU.

Thanks, see you soon

Hi (Bluesky Tucson Arizona),

Just wanted to say hi and thank you again for salvaging what could of been a pretty dismal vacation. Arizona Harley Davidson never did get my bike fixed in time. Sure glad I spent the extra cash to have the parts sent overnight to them. Enough of the bitchin'. I decided I wanted to live down there so I got on the internet and found myself a job. Looks like I'll be driving for a company that delivers Bourget bikes around the country. Hope to be back down there in 3 weeks. So maybe we can get together sometime and run down to Bisbee or where ever. The least I can do is buy ya' a beer......Later,

Andy, Arizona Bike Week
